Then replacing the circulator Pump has funace with that is half the heating power reached?
I have hydronic baseboard radiators fins during the 3 floors. I recently replaced a broken Bell & Gossett circulator A 007 Taco. There are three return piping (3 zones). Two of them heat normally, while a return Pipe is cold or warm sometimes. There is Little or no heat in the rooms upstairs. I purged of air in this area and it seems to have helped a little, but we're still without heat as before. Help!
Sorry to say, but yes it is possible. You need the HP drive to the wheel to move water, especially the Volume and height. It's like changing a lamp of 100 watts to one watt 25. You get the Light, but not enough. Change, he is back the only solution.
