California Air Resources Board improves monitoring of refrigerant gas in AB 32

The following explains the California Air Resource Board (CARB) program Management refrigerant gas to be strengthened to the AB 32 legislation in California. It also includes other details related HVAC-R gas detection of refrigerant leakage, monitoring, tracking and reporting. These details all relate to the California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulation to be adopted in early 2009 and provided the EPA adopted similar regulations. Refrigerant gas may contribute to the problem Major global warming. refrigerant gases, such as R-22, are contained in AC, HVAC, more commonly known as HVAC-R. Systems HVAC appear in multiple locations, including hotels, hospitals, military bases, schools and universities, supermarkets, cold storage, food preparation, processing and services, recreational facilities, offices, commercial and industrial facilities and industrial processes and manufacturing. The California Global Warming Solutions Act, commonly known as AB 32, was introduced in 2006. He had the original requirements for the refrigerant statewide reports of gas. The action committee at the beginning of the CARB many scientists and engineers refrigerant who really understand the impact of refrigerants have on our environment and society. Thus, the stationary Equipment Refrigerant Management Program was designed to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions through regulation of harmful emissions of CO 2 e HQ and equipment refrigerant, whose size varies between 50 and 200 pounds. Would you believe that more than 180,000 seats in the State of California are affected? There are many components which constitute the program management of refrigerant gas. reports of use of refrigerant and requirements for monitoring gas include not only the manufacture of refrigerants, but also the distribution, rehabilitation, and wholesale channels as Well. All segments of the refrigerant industry must maintain accurate records. HVAC-R technicians must be certified by the EPA for work or Repair service on many systems containing refrigerant gas, as many have hight GWP refrigerants and as bad greenhouse gas (GHG). Equipment must be Installed and repaired leaks should be checked and repaired and rigorous procedures in place to cover service practices to reduce discharges. Almost there Forty years ago, the California Air Resources Board was established to focus on air quality and areas for improvement. A good program refrigerant management gas is an essential element. CARB has been proactive, working with people of the State, its "companies and organizations government in order to protect public health, welfare and delicate ecology. the size of California provides that the potential problem of Issue refrigerant gas is considerable. The California Air Resources Board is particularly concerned about the recovery of refrigerant from places the use of stationary refrigeration and AC. Through scientific research and industry analysis, it is generally accepted that emissions GHG caused by the release of refrigerant gas, could equal 35 million tonnes of CO2 equivalent in 10 years. It is a curve learning for many organizations that own or operate HVAC-R and have facilities in California. To distribute information on program management of refrigerants, CARB offers industry workshops and meetings throughout California. Verisae, Inc. has developed an application refrigerant gas management is based on the Web and automatically updates when new edicts are sent by CARB, the California EPA and other government agencies. refrigerant tracking solutions, often in the form of Web applications with a centralized database, allows Business HVAC-R containing refrigerant gas monitor, manage and maintain records of use and leaks log better in chronological order throughout the year. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) compliance has resulted in the effective management of data, completion paperwork and reporting requirements, all of which is detailed in the requiremetns EPA. Air pollution and smog were Great enemies the people of California over the years. Although pollution has declined 25 percent since 1980 and exposure to smog is down by fifty percent enormous, there is much to do. The fixed equipment of refrigerant management program and other initiatives can both CARB and the population the state of breathing more easily than the standard air quality improves. What kind of refrigeration do I need to cool a room about 38 DGRE?

Here on the farm that we want to make a Stand alone Block of rooms 8'x8'x8 'our beef to cool to about 38 degrees for fifteen days after the slaughter. What type of Unit refrigeration do I need to do this? This would allow us to treat our beef at any time of year instead of waiting until late fall and hoping that time would be pretty cool for us to hang out and not freeze.

I would suggest a Step built into the unit or do it yourself application. I know a company that has it all. They have a section you do too. REFRIGERATION Bush has a web view too!
