Can I know the best fare of the sea city of Tagbilaran to Cebu City and vice versa?
I can not afford to ride on crafts quick and sure. But I want to know alternatives to tour the city of Cebu City to Tagbilaran and vice versa.
If you know the company that you use the boat, go to their site and see what it says there. Since I do not know of a company, the only thing that my research comments have so far not prices. There are some warnings travel then go to travel.state.gov and see what they are. Good luck.
