Replumbing filter Pump Dry wet?
I do not have much experience with aquariums, but I'm looking a saltwater aquarium 75 gallon reef I found locally on eBay that could be modified in a large turtle habitat. Two questions … I could effectively change a saltwater aquarium in soft water? I do not think it would be a problem after cleaning, but I must sure. Also, the announcement said the filter pump dry wet shall be replumbed. What does this mean and how do I do? Here is the link to the article: Is http: / / cgi.ebay.com / ws / eBayISAPI.dll? & Item = 280059666688 ViewItem & sspagename = ADME: L: RTQ: U.S.: 1 this a good idea? I currently have my turtles in a gallon 55, which was fine when they were Little, but now they are almost an adult and I just want to put them in a something big. Any advice would be appreciated. If you know where I could take a tank Used in the Fort of dollars, while the council would be appreciated.
Yes, you can go from salt to fresh water. Just Wash thoroughly with water. No soap. All you really want do is any residual salt from the tank. Regarding the replumbing pump simply means that you'll need a pump and plugging it into the dry wet. This is usually done via PVC connections and is fairly easy to do.
